Teen Parents – It’s Mental Health Week. IHS has a physical, social, emotional and mental wellness programs scheduled throughout the week – see the weekly bulletin for details. 

This is a good week to check in with your kids re: their mental and emotional health.  To facilitate those discussions, the Incline Education Fund has engaged mental health advocate Clint Malarchuk to lead an open discussion on Thursday March 12 on how to help those we love deal with anxiety, depression, and suicide.  Throughout his career as a professional NHL goalie, Clint fought a silent battle with OCD, anxiety, depression and PTSD.   An author, TED speaker, and nationally recognized spokesperson, Clint shares his extraordinary & heart-wrenching life story on March 12, at 6pm at Lake Tahoe School.  Details and registration here.
