🎒 Lockers & Storage

• While the trend has moved towards students using backpacks, lockers are still available for those who prefer them.
• If your student requires storage for athletic bags/equipment, kindly contact the office. Alternatively, head to the PE locker room to discuss arrangements with Ms. Friel, our PE teacher.
  
  

📅 Absences

Should your student be absent, please either:

1. a) Call the school attendance line
2. b) Use the Infinite Campus Portal to log the absence.

It’s vital for students to communicate with their teachers (through email or the Canvas app) to catch up on missed work. They can also do so upon their return.

Extended absences without communication will prompt an intervention by the administration to ensure student support.

🚗 Pick up/Drop Off

• Please use the school’s front area when picking up or dropping off students.
• Avoid obstructing bus zones and the construction areas behind the school.
  
  

🚘 Parking Permits

All staff and students parking on the campus must display a valid parking permit.

With limited parking due to ongoing construction, those without a permit are advised to park along the street. Additional permits will be available as spaces open post-construction.

 

🏀 PE/Weights Classes

• Classes will commence in the main gym from day one.
• Students who haven’t yet purchased their PE uniform can do so via the school’s bookkeeper.
  
  

First Day of School Checklist

1. Stay Updated: Re-check Infinite Campus in the morning to stay informed about potential last-minute changes.
2. Bus Commute: Buses operate at the school’s front. We encourage bus rides, carpools, or family drop-offs to minimize traffic congestion.
3. Exiting the Premise: Post 3 p.m., students should vacate the premises unless partaking in after-school activities. Construction work commences from this time.
4. Early Bird: For zero period students, doors open at 6:45 a.m. Remember to adhere to our pick up/drop off guidelines.
5. PE/Weights Reminder: If you’ve purchased your uniform, keep the receipt handy to show your PE teacher.
