Athletic Pink Slips/Clearance Dates for Fall Athletes
From August 1st to August 4th, we will be conducting Athletic Pink Slip/Clearance sessions in the Big Gym from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. To participate, please make sure you have your Register My Athlete completed, $100 check or cash and your physical on hand. Enter through the upper parking lot for convenience.
Fall Athletic Tryouts
For those interested in Fall Athletics, tryouts will begin on August 5th. To participate, your scholar athlete must be cleared through Register My Athlete and attend the tryouts. Please make sure athletes have their pink slips to confirm clearance. There have been some changes in the athletic fees due to a district-wide increase in the impact fee, making the base athletic fee $100. Additional individual sports may have a spirit pack fee. If your athlete requires financial assistance, please reach out to our office.
Distribution of Schedules and Fee Payments
- Senior Schedules and Fee Payments: August 16th from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM
- Sophomores and Juniors: August 17th from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM
- Freshmen: August 18th from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by Freshmen Orientation: August 18th at 11:00 AM
Aug. 18th: 11:00 a.m. Freshmen & New Student Orientation – Duffield Theater
Aug. 23rd: Mandatory Fall Sports Parent Meeting 6:00 p.m.
Aug. 30th: 5:30p.m. to 7:30p.m. Open House/ Back to School Night
IHS Gym Banners – Time to Renew
Thank you to those who purchased a Family or Corporate Banner in 2022/23 school year in support of the Incline High School Boosters. The Banner program is one of our most successful fundraising programs for the Boosters and last year was the most successful Banner program yet!
Each family and Corporation sponsor received a brand-new banner last year. The result is stunning and uniform. The banner program is a thoughtful way not only to support our Boosters, but also the students love to look up at their family name with pride.
Because last year was so successful, we have limited spots available for sale this year. Our existing families and corporations are getting “first dibs” on renewing their banners. We ask that you finalize your commitment to renew by August 7, 2023. This will allow us to assess the number of banners we will have available for sale this fall. Currently, we only have 15 family banners and 6 for corporate spots available.
Do not miss this opportunity to continue your support of the IHS Boosters and keep your Banner for the 23/24 school year.
Renewal pricing:
Family Banner: $400 (included family Boosters membership)
Corporate Banner: $900 (includes 6 transferable sport passes).
