Kaela Pearson grew up in Truckee, CA, and returned to the Tahoe area in 2019 after living in Washington State with her three daughters. From an early age, she was actively involved in community service, supporting local nonprofits such as Meals-on-Wheels and homeless outreach programs in Truckee/Reno. In high school, she traveled to the Philippines to participate in children’s outreach efforts, helping provide food, clothing, and educational supplies.

While living on a military base in Washington, Kaela continued her passion for service by engaging in a variety of volunteer opportunities. Today, she is the proud mother of three daughters—a 6th grader at Incline Middle School, and a 9th and 11th grader at Incline High School.

Kaela and her family embrace the Tahoe lifestyle, enjoying hiking, skiing, snowboarding, paddleboarding, and days spent at the lake. With her children in the Incline schools for the past seven years, she is excited about the opportunity to contribute to an organization that supports the schools her daughters attend.
