ACADEMICS – WE THE PEOPLE does it again! Congratulations to instructor Milton Hyams and his hard-working students for placing 2nd in Nevada’s “We The People” competition. Our Highlander team is off to Washington D.C to compete in WTP-Nationals, a simulated hearing where they will testify before judges who act as members of Congress. “You cannot have a successful We the People program unless you’re able to get support from the community,” explained Mr. Hyams. If you’d like to donate toward their National Competition trip, please leave a check at the IHS office made out to Incline HS and note that it is for We The People.
