HELP HIGHLANDERS  HOOPSTERS– One of the best ways to serve and be social is to help staff the games.  If you like working with students, please volunteer to supervise our concession stand – click here.  If you want catch up with old friends and make some new ones while enjoying the game, sign up to staff our gate and help with merchandise sales – click here.  Concession and gate fees benefit our student clubs and athletics – we thank you for your support!

COLLEGE PREP – Each Wednesday after school this month, Juniors and Seniors can get free professional help with college essays, SAT/ACT test preparation, scholarship and common applications.  Details here.

SAVE THE DATES – Looking into the new year, there are a few important dates to mark on your calendar.  The IHS Senior Class will host an Adult Prom on Saturday January 11.  Plans are to provide babysitting 6-8 while parents dine, provide chauffeur services so participants can enjoy drinks with dinner, and dance the night away from 8-10 before picking up any kiddos and driving home. Stay tuned for more details and ticket sales!

CRAB FEED MARCH 7 – And don’t forget to mark your calendar for the Boosters’ annual Community Crab Feed auction on Saturday March 7.  The Crab Feed raises funds that directly benefit IHS students – tickets go on sale in January.  The Boosters and students appreciate your auction donations – consider donating a week of your unused timeshare or 2nd home, contributing a few bottles of wine, or kicking in any other goods or services you’d like to convert to goodness for our students.
