Great Turnout for September Boosters Meeting!

Thanks to everyone who showed up (online) for our September 16 meeting. We had around 40 people there to hear the latest updates and get their questions answered. Here is a quick recap:

  • Boosters have already purchased HEPA Air Filters for indoor classrooms, Canopies for outdoor classrooms, Webcams for distance learning and hand sanitizing stations.
  • We will be working with the school and the Incline Education Fund to procure portable smart boards/whiteboards and stand ready to help with expanding the school’s Wifi to allow for more options for distance learning outdoors.
  • We will be sponsoring a New Families outdoor gathering next weekend to help promote community (details below).
  • We heard from Leslie Hermann, former head of Incline Schools about her wealth of knowledge in navigating High School at all grade levels and college and career readiness planning.
